Policies charges not canceled
I called Edcon offices asking for policies to be cancelled off my current account, but they not and im still not going to be refunded for the months that the money was taken,
The rates and changes are too many plus ( Unwanted policies charges)
As per our telephonic conversation today at 12:42 PM. Please be advised the relevant products has been cancelled from your account. We have requested for the statement from our account department and you will be receiving within 48 hours.
