Please remove my name from the Blacklist

Good day, I am a South African trying to get ahead in business but my name being listed is a big problem for me and my business. I lost my Job a while back and was able to start a small business. I have come to a point in my business where I am able to pay of my outstanding debt. I have done so but Edcon is not releasing me from the Credit Bureau. I paid up my account on the 2 June 2020, it has been one month today but my name still reflects as account not paid. Please assist in rectifying this because it is now hurting the business and preventing me from moving forward as I will require fund from my bank in order to execute new business. Even though I have a good relationship with my bank, they are unable to assist me with this, because of my name still being listed as a bad payer. Help Hello Peter please

Good day after all efforts my name has not yet been removed from your system it has been more than 1 month now and due to this lack of response to my problem I have now been declined business finance to furnish my clients with the services they require, giving my business a bad name and labeling my business as being a poor service provider. I need feedback today on this matter as I have paid this outstanding amount due to you at the end of april. I want this matter escalated to the highest level immediately. I am in the position to loose hundreds of thousands of rands just because one of your systems is not working properly. I expect feedback on this matter today and need you to remove my name from your system so that my business and my employees can survive this covid pandemic. Very Unhappy with the service from Edcon
