phone call harrasment

what does one have to do to be heard by Edcon? I complained before that I'm been harassed by their staff requesting to speak to Ms Nelisiwe Mthimunye as she used my number that I am her employer and I am not. I received 4call in one day and I keep on telling them the same thing, I DO NOT KNOW HER! they are frustrating me! if my number is not removed from Nelisiwe's information soon as they indicated that they would before, I'm gonna have to open a case of harassment. Please sort this thing out and stop calling my number to look for Nelisiwe. this is the reference ***/GO) given by them before but clearly they never did what I asked them .
