payment enquiry

Jet retail store is the worst store ever. I made a card payment of R1400 on the 29 November 2021, to this day the amount does not reflect, none the less the money has been debit. every time i enquire they tell me to send proof. i send bank statements, yet that does not seem to be enough. they asked that i speak to my bank to send them an itemised proof of payment when they know that that can only be possible if you make an EFT payment. 3months later i get calls every single day telling me to may, everytime i narrate my story they tell me that they will escalate my matter. till when!!!!
