payment arrangement letter
I am soooooo frustrated with the service Ive recieved thus far. I am aware that my account is in arrears coz i had financial difficulties the past few months. I called in and made arrangements to pay and bring the account up to date. But I need an arrangement letter as well as my employer needs it URGENTLY!! I called the call centre but was not assisted,I even went to the branch @ Randburg Square and Northgate Mall but still could not be assisted. You guys are quick to remind me of payments and amounts over due but cant assist me with a letter. It is critical that i have it or else my contract will be terminated by my employer.

I need assistance urgently!!!
