Pathetic service provided by so called security .
On the 19th of october i had been shopping in edgers store located in mall@carnival ....while i had been going threw a few items on yhe rail a female with full Edgers uniform and name badge had offered me assistance within a matter of seconds the "assistant"had somehow stole my hand bag ...i had reported it to edgers management but to my utter most surprise i had recieved no help the security gards had not help in one bit regardless of them seeing me in my panic and asking for help ...the point of having security it is to ensure the safety of individuals or to help in such situations but i received the lowest form of assistance from Edgers staff aswell as Edcorn gards
We have escalated the complaint to the Edgars Carnival mall management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the an individual posing as an Edcon staff member stole your handbag. The store management will make certain that this kind of incident does not re occur and provide the necessary training for our staff members.
