Pathetic service from edcon

I bought a foundation online from edgars online store, I wanted to track my order then I saw it doesn't allow me to do that, I then sent an email requesting they advice when is the estimated time of delivery, no response, I then sent another email requesting to cancel and process a refund still no respond, clearly edgars poor service is not in their stores only but online as well, this is pathetic and I know they might take forever or not even attempt to solve this query, I will never ever order again from edgars
