pathetic service from Edcon

Still no paid up letter from Edcon. What a disgraceful company. THERE IS NO BALANCE!!!!! HOW LONG MUST I WAIT TILL YOUR SYSTEM IS UPDATED!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! My debt review manger has sent all documents and POPs and still no paid up letter.. I want this matter taken up with a HIGHER PERSON IN CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS HAS GONE ON FOR TOOOOO DAM LONG .

This is the response i received last week as well as a call regarding this . still no feedback on paid up letter.

"Thank you for making contact with us regarding the paid up letter . Kindly note that there is a balance on the account . However we will escalate your query to our regional credit office for assistance and final feedback will be provided to you ."
