Pathetic Service At Edgars

I have had nothing but issues since I opened my account with Edgars. The customer service is shocking and beyond pathetic to the point that for the SECOND time, I have taken them to the Ombudsman. Never mind that allocating payments have been a problem, getting a response is something else. I sent an email mid April and got a reply at the end of May and even then, they did not give me any information that I needed, nor was I helped. I then get an email on Friday asking for my ID no, I mean come on! If I was not a decent person I would just stop paying but I am pass angry and just want this damn account closed!!!!!!! I cannot understand how you people are still in business!!!!!!
