Pathetic Service at Edcon
10 years ago I was in Review - one of my accounts was at Jet which is Edcon - I settled the account in 2 years and now after 10 years want to rescind my order - I need a letter from Edcon to say that I do not owe them anything - They are pathetic I spoke to 2 senior people that just say they cant find my records - I think the Law state records should be kept for 10 years? anyway they just shunt me from pillar to post - no help and i am stuck - DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM - PLEASE!!!! I have never seen such incompetence in my life
