Pathetic service

After 7 days of sending e mails to every edcon e mail I could find I eventually received a mail back. In order to close my account I must pay club fees for the past 3 months . I cancelled club fees 3 months ago. Edcon is a pathetic business. No customer service . They handed me over to lawyers for club fees outstanding after I cancelled my club fees. So I can not close an account until my cancelled club fees are paid up. I have not used my account for over 8 months . No wonder edcon has retrenchment in mind. Staff are useless.
