PATHETIC SERVICE!

I have been battling with Jet (edcon) with my EFT payments which I have been doing forever in a day . Its the same procedure every single month but for the past 4 months they keep having a problem picking up my payments. This month I have made my payment on the 15th of December it is now the 23th of December and they have not picked up my payment. If I don't pay my account in time they will call continuously. I have called in last week and I have called in today and both times I have sent through proof of payment. This is unacceptable. The due date for this account is the 31st of December. If they still do not pick this payment up they will rate me as a slow payer on the bureau!!!!!!! I am still waiting for someone to all me from last week, Pathetic!!!!
