Pathetic service

I have an Edgars account & i have made an arrangement to pay R500 a month. I paid my acc at the Jet store in Eastgate on the 22nd Sep 2015. On 29th Sep 2015 i received an email from Ramothello & Tsotetsi Incorporated (R & T Inc) advising that they have not received the payment for Sep 2015. I called them as instructed on the letter. I explained that i paid the account & did not have the receipt with me but i had my bank statement where the R500 was reflecting & if i could send the bank statement. 1st consultant could not answer so she put me through to another. She advised that i need the receipt or i would have to go to the store again to sort this out. she was very rude and asked why i did not pay into their account. the letter states payments should be made at the store - no bank details! i advised that i wil look for the receipt & send it through to them. On 30th September 2015, i sent them the receipt and on the prev email i asked that someone call me urgently - no one called me back! Today, 01 Oct 2015, I received an sms from R&T Inc, to make payment urgently. I did what they asked & they still have not allocated my payment. I am very upset at the pathetic service received.
