Pathetic Service

I received a call from Edcon in 2013 offering me monthly airtime and to switch to contract which I agreed to. On the 19th of September 2015 I walked into an Edgars store in the vaal to purchase a new phone. I was later told to buy a nano sim the very same day because the new phone uses them which I did purchase. The Edgars lady phoned RMCS on *** under *** on my behalf for a sim swap. I was told it will take 72 hours to authorise the sim swap. The 18th of September I received a Sim Swap purchase and activation letter from Tsepiso Mohapeloa (RMCS supervisor) stating I should go to one of an altech autopage store to go make that sim swap. I went on the 21st to go make the sim swop and paid an amoun of R140. I was told instore to put the new simcard in after 24 hours. I inserted the simcard in today around 13:30 and its not active. I called the Altech call centre on *** telling them the simcard is inactive. the agent told me its a private account and that I should call *** wich was an autoresponce stating that they have changed their numbers to *** wich no one answers. I'm really am fed up of getting no help with the sim swop.
