Pathetic service

I made a payment on my account on the 25th April via EFT and sent proof of payment. It is the 25th May and no one has responded to my numerous emails requesting for my payment to be updated on my account. I am aware it is lockdown but edcon has been operating since the 1st of May. This happened to me last year as well. This company really needs organised management!
