Pathetic Edcon

Really pathetic service. Placed an order online 2 months ago for delivery to the Bluff store. On going to the mall I noticed the store had closed down. I tried calling customer service on a few occasions to reroute my order to the Jet in Bluff. However I never got any answer regarding my order and despite being told they will come back to me....no one ever did. Then 2 weeks ago I got a call from the Pavilion branch. A lady asked me when I was collecting my order. I asked how will I know my order is there if no one informed me. Told her to find out why it wasn't rerouted to Bluff. Also how can it be sent to a branch I didn't request. If there was an issue, I should have been informed and given a choice. To date I have received no feedback.
