Pathetic agents at the Edcon RCS collection department

The collection dept calls me to confirm payment when they havent reconciled their account to match my payment on their side. Then they send me an sms to say that I failed to pay by the due date when everyone knows that it can take up to 3 days to reflect if you do a payment over the weekend.

What is the point in calling when it is their fault that they havent reconciled their account???

There is absolutely NO ONE you can speak to that can assist you - NONE of the agents answer the phones at all.
