Parent funeral incorrectly converted

Was a previous staff member. Had active policies as from 2006.26Aug2017 i resign however staff acc was converted to a customer account and as pwr the consultants policies was just transferred. Have done a recent enquiry and was told that policy wil only be paying out a R5000 which was incorrect. According to me what i can see is that a new policy was opened and my old policy was not just transferred as promised. Ive paid my policies for years and because of a error that i did not made i will receive a less benefit amount.
