I wonder why its do difficult for EDCON to send a simple letter.. I paid my balance in full on the 1st Dec 2019, my receipt states 00 balance. But now they say i owe R30 how so? Still I havent received the letter that was said to have been sent to my gmail.

I woke up to this mail, this morning.

Good day Mr Vm Ratopola,

In response to your enquiry with EDCON,please note we are unable to issue a paid up letter as the account still has a balance. Once the balance is settled in full a letter can be issued.

Should you require further assistance do not hesitate to contact us.
