PAID UP LETTER REQUESTED

Hi, My name Mpho, My account number is ***. I paid up my account on the 1st of Dec. I have been in contact with the below people who failed to help me. I did all my payments at store. So they must help me and get me that paid up letter

I have been asking for a paid up letter and no one is able to help me. I was told the system crashed and it doesn't update, and I am being told that there will interest occurring on my account everyday even though i finished paying it off. I am so annoyed. I called Edcon head office and spoke to Patricia Moyo to follow up on my query after I have sent few msg on here on hello Peter to say I haven't received the letter that they said they sent on the 5th Dec, according to their line manager they can't see our hello Peter records, so I wana how did they respond and say my letter was sent if they can't see any records.. And to my surprise she told me they can only clear my name after 24 months.. How possible is this. As I was still busy talking to line manager whom I didnt get the name, he just dissappeared while I was asking home to quote the act where it says they will update my credit record after 24months.. I really don't know if these people are qualified to do this job or they were hired coz they know people there..
