Paid Up Letter for my Edgars account at VVM Debt Collectors

Paid my Account in Full (Edgars Account) asking for paid up letter, but no response, bad, bad, service. Attorneys VVM, no response, trying to phone, but no response, trying to send emails, no response. What must I do. Every time I phone, they said one of there people will phone me back after 5 minutes.
