Paid up letter
I spoke to the above mentioned consultant regarding my paid up letter , the guy promised me that i will get it within 48hrs excluding weekend as i phoned on friday in the afternoon .i phoned on friday the 13th and today is the 18th am still waiting for the letter and i want to use it urgently ....i paid up the account in january 2015 and close tha account but it dont know what is so difficult for them to send me the letter
