PAID UP LETTER
After numerous phone calls to Edcon contact centre in regards to the paid up letter ,I am still being sent from pillar to post.

On the 21/08/2015 I contacted their call centre and spoke to Dumisani Dubazane after I had explained that the account was paid up he insisted that there is still an amount of R300 that needed to be paid.

after I forwarded the agreement letter that confirmed the amount that needed to be paid in order to close the account , he told me that he would put me on old while trying to contact people who were dealing with my account.

He put me on hold for 45 minutes and I decided to cut the call and no one contacted me after that , I am really not happy and has decided to take the matter to radio talk so to expose Edcon as I have the proof of the amount that needed to be paid to close the account and the amount was paid on the date stipulated on the letter

I have never received any call from Edcon after the last report I posted on Hellopeter.I will make sure that Edcon is exposed for terrible customer service and *********** workers.
