PAID UP LETTER!!!

I was requested to settle my account, of wich i did a month ago. I was promised that after the settling my account i will receive a paid up letter. I called edcon and they told me that within 48hrs and i never recieve a letter from them. They sent me an email stating that my request was submitted regarding my credit bureau amendment query and process may take up to seven working day, but i haven't received any feedback from them. I have been waiting for feedback as i was promised to get feeedback.. Please provide me with paid up letter.
