paid up letter

I was not working for about 2 years and when I finally got work in may 2014 I contacted edcon and they gave me the number for their attorneys and I contacted them and arrange a debit order. and I did tell them to send me a paid up letter via email and I wanted them to get my email the lady said no its fine. now its been 3 months since the account is paid up but I have not yet received my letter. the question is , should I beg for the paid up letter? I know my debt and I have paid up for it so what is the reason of me still begging for something that I should get though I was promised it once the account is paid up. I work with handed over accounts myself so what I'm experiencing is neglengence of the consumer request and it was misleading the customer for them to say things which they are not going to abide by, I think your collectors must do proper training on the code of conduct . I will be waiting for the paid letter cause if I call them once more its not going to be nice someone is going to lose their job. listen to the recordings as they always say calls Re recoded
