Paid-up Letter
Hi There,
After spending almost an hour on the phone I was told my Paid-up letter would reach me within 24 hours, I spoke to Hlonithile. This was 2 months ago.
Two weeks ago Nonhlanhla Kumene responded to my email request asking for details, I supp**** it but still no paid up letter has reached me. Not even a reply.
We're going into Novemeber and I STILL haven't received my paid-up letter of an account paid up more than 3 years ago, while ITC wants to take me to court regarding this.
Can someone please handle this as a matter of urgency?
This service is pathetic to say the least.
