Paid Up Letter

I had an account in arrears with Edgars. I went into debt administration and had been paying Edcon attorneys<br> REARA monthly payments. I receieved funds in order to clear all my debt. REARA gave me a discounted setllement amount which was deducted from my account on the 25/02/2015. I have been calling both Edcon and their Attorneys in order to try and receive a paid up letter. To date and after numerous calls, i am still being told by the attorneys that they need to process a reversal in order to provide me with the requested paid up letter and i am told by Edcon that they can only issue me the letter when the account is updated. It has been over 2 months now and nothing has been done, the debt still reflects on my credit profile. I have obtained all my paid up letters from every other creditor and only Edcon remains outstanding. Please can you assist, i cannot be calling both parties for two months and constantly be told that it will be resolved only to find nothing at all done and no progress made.
