Good day

I have been trying to get a paid up letter for 2 months now with no luck, every time i call the call centre , a lady named Boisang and Luthando answered my calls was extremely rude and cut the calls> My time as well as my airtime is been wasted on this disgusting company.

I am on debt review, my debt Councillor has been asking Edcon for a paid up letter for almost 2 months now , no satisfaction.All my accounts have been paid up. Every time i call the call center and ask to speak to a manger or a someone in charge , they either cut the call or just ignore to help.

This is Disgusting behavior, i just want my Paid up letter, i am sick of hearing stories every time i contact EDCON

I want my paid up letter today by close of business day (27/09/2018)
