paid up letter
im really not happy with this company, when my account was outstanding they kept on giving me problems about my account thats not paid, but now that i have paid my account in full and up to date im struggling to get my paid up letter and for them to take me off of blacklist, i have phoned them, emailed them everytime its a diffrent number or email address and no one ever gets back to you, i want my paid up letter.

Kindly note that we will escalate your query to our regional credit office for further assistance with the paid up letter .
