Paid Up Letter.

It's been months and months already. Recently I was told to wait 48hrs for my Paid Up Letter to be fixed. Today is the 7th day and I'm still waiting again. I've sent an old copy of my statement to show them... I'm Ms Wanza, not a Ms Monama. Your service is very bad.
