paid up letter

i cannot even begin to describe the nightmare i am having with edgars, i opened the account when was back in varsity after having financial difficulties the account ended up being handed to attorneys. The moment i was employed i called the attorneys and asked for my settlement amount and they advised me that it would be 1077 because they were giving me an 80% discount if i pay it off withing 7 working days. <br> <br> i paid the settlement amount and they advised me they have added the discount and that all i have to do is go to a branch and fetch the paid up letter and my name would be removed from ITC, it is now april and i can not even count the amount of money i have wasted calling these people having the phone dropped on me the incompetence of the entire staff, this is the 2nd time im complaining about this and this time i will be taking the matter to the ombudsman if it is not resolved.<br> <br> i came forward and did what i had to do why is it so difficult for edgars to stick to their end of the deal, this has really inconvienced my life in the worst possible way, im sad to say i regret the day i opened the account after what i have been through.<br> <br> please assist.
