Paid up account query at Edgars

<p>Hello Peter. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have am account with Edgars which i was behind with payment. in december i decided to pay it off. So, before i paid it off. i received a call from their collection people and i told them that i was going in to a store to pay it of. And they advised me to go the the nearest store to do so. And when i got to the store they gave me the settlement balance and i paid it off. Now i have being getting calls that o owe then Hundren and something. i told them i paid off my account in December. they said i must call Edcon or go in to a store to get Confirmationd of payment from them. Then to day i decided to call edcon customer care line. And i spoke to Nocolas Mncunu, He told me that there is a balance that the collector mentioned and that i must pay it. i told him what happened in december , but he still insist that i pay the money. but i told him that it was not my problem because i asked for a settlement amount at thier branch and i paid all of it in december. And i am aslo afriad to pay in the money, becourse the same thing can happen again. And they come back to say i still owe them. So Peter i need your help here. If that is the way that Edcon ***** from their customers. I will make sure that everyone oin my family and on my face book page knows about my experience with edcon.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanking you in advance.</p>
