Overcharges on my Jet Account

Edcon is full of nonsense, them and their people. I pay the account every month on the 28th immediately after I receive my salary, I'm never in arrears, I MEAN EVER!

So now I picked up that they are actually adding money ontop of what I owe. My Jan, Feb and March statement don't show that I have paid the account. so now they have added R 1300 with interest. I have queried it so many times and send endless emails and now they are deliberately ignoring me. I am so tired. I need help I don't know know who I can escelate this to.

from this month I'm not gonna pay them, they must go to the nearest hell until they fix this. they're messing up my credit score and ****ing me off.

People must just watch out, Edcon is facing financial strain and they are trying to find ways to make money out their customers. so people need to check their monthly statements and make sure it ties up to what they spend and pay.
