Over promise & no delivery Literally
I ordered goods over the internet which have not been delivered within the agreed times as published on your website. I then contacted your call center multiple times and promises were made to deliver the items the same day. This happens to be my wife's 40th birthday gift which she has now not yet received and it is her birthday today. Well done guys. 7 days to deliver (oh not deliver) an online purchase is pathetic for an online business in today's times. Try and complain to the MD and he is more protected than JZ himself. You just cant get contact details for J?RGEN SCHREIBER. but you can get details for someone to complain to in the customer services department. Just don't expect a response on that because the person whose details i was given is not at work today! Amazing
