over charging by Edgsrs

I was charged over R1400 in August 2020 for purchases that I know nothing about. I only saw the charge on my account statement. I visited the store in Bloemfontein and they cannot reprint the purchase slip for me. I sent several emails to edgars customer services, they don't even respond. At the store they would phone head office, still no assistance provided.

Edgars is busy sending me reminders to come and make a payment, they even call me. When I ask the consultant about the unknown purchases, they simply put down the phone in my ears.

The Edcon group is somehow becoming *****ers.
