Over charged and struggling to get the money back

I bought a MTN Steppa tab at Jet in Atlantis few months back and with it took out gadget insurance. About a month back the thing fell and the screen cracked. So I took it back to be repaired and a month later still no tablet. I went back to the store on the 17th July to find out whats going on. They then called the insurance and the insurance company said the device was not economically fixable which means the device should be replaced. Jet did not have stock of the this tab so the insurance had to payout the amount of the tab. The insurance company paid out R599 which is the price of the Steppa phone, the consultant called them again and told them the payout should be for the Steppa tab that was R1500. The insurance then fix the claim and I could take a different tablet to that value. I then took a Mobicel tab to the value of R1700, which mean I should have paid a difference of R200 plus the access of R150 which amounts to R350. When I paid, the system took R1350 from my account, an extra R1000. The store manager apologized logged a call and told me it 3 days to get the money back. Its been 10 days I still don't have my money. The lady at Edcon doesn't reply to emails or phone.
