Online order - money taken - want refund

I placed an online order with Edcon. The payment was done with my debit card. Payment was taken but order says cancelled. I've been phoning customer service everytime with someone saying they will get back to me. I want my refund done to acc. I don't want your product just GIVE BACK my money. I want this matter taken further. Plus there has been no communication from Edcon side except that I should be following up with yous. Pathetic sort this out!
