Online order.

I placed an online order for a cellphone on Friday the first, got an order number.

However I wasn't able to track my parcel so I called the call center, whoever was on the other end of the line answered my call and kept me holding while she blabbed away with her colleagues.

I need to know my tracking number and also I need action taken against this person.

I held for 30 minutes and more while this person didn't bother to interact with me
