I have been checking my Account online for the first few months after opening account with Edgars , And i was able to pull Statements from the online Account . Now I am not able to get statement online anymore . I requested to recieve statement via email on the last day of the month but i get my statement on the 15 /16/17. I call their call center they tell they will send me the statement within 48 hours . Why 48 hours? Why cant i get my Statements Online?

08 Dec 2017, 13:57Thank you for making contact with us once again .Kindly note that the closing date for the statement is the 7th of each month and are normally sent out on the 15th of every month. Please call our accounts department on *** for assistance with your account .
