Numerous people call me when I stated email only!
Good day<br> <br> I have had numerous staff members from Edcon calling me and asking me to verify my personal details! This seems ludicrous to begin with! You are calling me... so you know who i am. Yet your staff are calling from a private number which I cannot verify and nor can I verify who they are!<br> <br> I have asked your staff members to email me as I refuse to provide personal details over the phone... yet your staff members ignore my requests!

Thank you for taking the time and discussing the concerns you have on your account. We can understand the frustrations this has caused you. Please note that the marketing option is set on e-mail and the staff members who contacted you was for the overdue account.
However, because your payments will be overdue, interest will be charged to your account. Your Edgars account is based on payment of the installment amount on or before the due date each month. Late payments result in an overdue account which will attract additional interest charges until the account is paid up to date. Please contact Collections on *** to make further payment arrangements.
