Nozizwe from collections is rude

Nozizwe is very rude, I get a call from this number every second day, and they are looking for my husband but wont leave a message on what the call is about, I have passed the number to him to call however am not sure if he calls back or not. If they do not want to tell me what this is about so I can pay for it myself I don't think they should call me on my cellphone to be rude, I will escalate this further if another rude consultant calls me.
