Nothings changed

I am absolutely disgusted in the service I received today from your ***** department. Firstly I picked up my card today from the Bedfordview branch and every time I purchased something my card was blocked until I walked into Edgar's at 3-30 when I used my card again to find out my card was blocked for the third time without any warning! so I asked the branch to call once again and I spoke to a different lady named nomvelo or something close to that, unlike the other lady who resolved my matter she gave me absolute he'll from insulting me to shouting to the extreme height of disrespect.She said that edcon tried to call but actually nobody did and she handed me over for investigation. she said that they aren't happy with the reviews and I need to send documentation of employment, how do you conduct your company without vetting me properly. the onus is not on me to help you fix this! I demand you resolve this matter on your own or I will simply report this company and close my account.Your conduct is completely unacceptable. I made high priced purchases today,how could you accept that if I was under investigation?!? What a disappointment. I will no longer support the Edcon group
