Non existent customer service

Well here i am complaining about the same thing almost one full year later. After my email was eventually rep**** to i was informed that the situation would be taken care of and that they would give me feedback. Only to discover almost a year later that my account has been handed over to Easton-Berry Attorneys for non payment.
