NO SUCCESS with Jet Online Shopping

Hi. I am trying to buy clothes on Jet Online Store without any success! On 17.11.2017 I send an e-mail to ********** - still no reply. I have try several times and yesterday I phoned 3 times. Twice the phone rang, the music starts playing and then silence. The 3rd time I spoke to a agent and then she dissapear(?) and the call ended.
