After a continual struggle with the Accounts department I made the decision I would rather cancel my Edgars Account rather than be concerned with the maladministration of my account.<br> I asked for a final detailed account statement and banking details so that I may settle my account and request to have it closed.<br> Instead I was sent a letter stating my account balance. As I did not want the account to remain open I paid the balance stated in the letter. I stated in a responding email that I still wanted a detailed account balance and a confirmation that the account was closed.<br> All my emails just bounced back. I tried using the Edgars service provider \getclosure"for complaints"
