No refund
<p>I have a credit with edcon, I've tried to get a refund but they said they won't be able to refund me because I am on debt review. I've emailed my form 19 a couple of times that proves that I am no longer under debt counselling but they keep on telling me the same thing. Debt safe also contacted them numerous times but still no joy.</p>
