No help with Prescribed Debt - Unfairly disadvantage for home loan!!

I sold my property this month and I'm fixing to buy a new home.I go on to clearscore to see what my current credit score is find that there is a Jet account on my name and my credit score is 0!!!! The report says the account was opened in 2006 and the last update to the bureau was in 2010!!! Since lrarning about this I have made numerous calls back and forth between Edcon and the attorney group it was apparently handed over to,whom have never contacted me by the way and days later no one can assist me!!!

I have called edcon ********** , they refer me to Nimble group.

I called Nimble group 021 830 -0739, a few different consultants has said they requesting a letter, (Chantelle, Anwar, Sameera, Raighana), when I ask the one consultant if the one I spoke to before requested the letter they saying they don’t see anything on the system.

Then Nimble tells me to call Edcon again, I called them again they said they not able to assist I must call NCS ********** .

Another agent at Edcon said I must call the admin dept and speak to Zanele Makhbu- 011 ********** /2056. No answer.

I need this off my profile ASAP since it would have prescribed in 2009 already and to date there has been no attempt to contact me,I wasn't even aware of this account until my report was produced!!!

Edcon needs to rectify this matter with great speed before I go the legal route...I need to apply for a loan to buy a new home which requires a healthy credit score...my current property is sold and the clock is ticking!
