No feedback to queries

You guys sent me an email advising me that you have been sold by ABSA to RCS. i then sent an email on the very same date 21/02/2020 to *** but i still have not received a response. See below mail i sent:

I have been paying via EFT. Please advise if I can still pay on the same account or if the banking details have changed.

I am currently paying on Capitec registered account Jet stores.

If they have changed, please provide me with the new details.
