No extra mile for client satisfaction

I've insured two phones with Jet since 2011/2012 and i've never had any problems claiming before. My problem is the Samsung pocket that i had bought and insured withEdgars Menlyn in 2012 was ****** from my brother's back pack during a doccer match in April/May.

I could not block the phone due to not having any IMEI number as the box was thrown away. And m account had outstanding installment that had to be paid.

I called Jet to find out and was told that i will not be able to claim coz my account had arrears. Am currently on maternity leave with no income. 2 weeks back my Huawei P6 insured with jet stoppex working and was advised to book it in for repairs. I managed to pay the little that i could on my account so thay i can laim the phones. Am being told they cannot assist me because i cannot remember which network the phone was bought from, impactingvon the store to be billed for taking the phone to several network providers just to repair the phone. But how is that m problem as a person i forget and did not see the need to remember. The story now changes and am being told to provide the box of the phone, charger and headphones or i wont be assisted.

Am billed R149 pm for insuring phones why is it a hassle for me to get the service am paying on a montlhy basis?
