No communication regarding online order
Hi I placed my online order 4 May2020 Order number *** To date I’ve had no feedback, update or any form of communication regarding when I can expect delivery. Track your parcel functionality don't work either!

Where do I find my waybill number to track my order?
I didn't see any notice that my order will take 4 weeks for delivery.
Can I cancel my order and get refunded as I needed the clothes this week-end.
